Consulting

A right hand for businesses that can’t hire one.

Strategy, operations, AI and a plan built from your own numbers — the thinking a bigger company would hire a leadership team for. I’m the one person who’s actually done it, whether you need an hour, a day, or someone in your corner every month. If it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you straight and point you somewhere better.

Your fractional CMO.

Custom monthly marketing support — like having a Chief Marketing Officer on the team, without the six-figure salary. I build the strategy and the plan, then support you month to month while you run your own marketing with a clear direction.

  • Monthly strategy + a plan you can actually run
  • Ongoing support, feedback, and course-correction
  • 3-month minimum, then month to month

Hourly consulting

One-on-one over video — a single hour, or a 3-pack or 5-pack at a better rate.

VIP day

A full day at your business, working through your list — properly, together, in the room. You bring the projects that have sat there for months; I come with the pre-work done, and you leave with them done, not planned.

Annual marketing plan

A year of marketing built from your numbers, not a template. I read your sales, your customers and your competitors properly, then hand you a twelve-month plan with a budget and a calendar you can actually follow.

Operations audit

Three to five hours in person at your business, then a full, detailed audit delivered as a PDF — every improvement, including the automations worth doing for your return. Lower Mainland and the Okanagan.

AI & automation implementation

The repetitive work in your business, handed to AI and automations — set up to fit how you actually work, connected to the programs you already use.

Why me

I’ve run the business, not just advised one.

I built and ran my own retail store, The Local Space, for almost ten years — buying, merchandising, staff, marketing, the lot — and grew it to over $11 million in sales. When I tell you what to do next, it’s because I’ve been on the hook for it with my own money, not because I read a thread about it.

Start with an hour

Not sure where to start?

Book one hour on video. We’ll look at what’s actually going on in your business and leave with a plan — no sales pitch, no obligation to buy anything else.

  • What’s broken, in plain English
  • What to fix first — and what to ignore
  • A clear next step, whether that’s with me or not
