Social media management
Your Instagram, done for you. Three posts a week, filmed once a month. I plan it, I film it at your place, my editor cuts it, I write it and schedule it. You show up for one morning a month. Two spots. 3-month minimum, then month to month.
Social media management, explained
You know Instagram matters. You also know you're never going to be the person who films a reel between customers, writes a caption at 10pm and remembers to post it. That's what this is for.
Once a month I come to your business for a morning and we film everything — you, your product, your space, whatever's real. Then it goes away and comes back as a month of content: cut, captioned, scheduled. Three posts a week, stories in between, and a plan you've already said yes to. You run the business. I run the account.
What you get every month
A plan you approve first
What we're filming, what we're saying, what we're pushing this month. In your portal before I show up.
One filming morning at your place
Up to four hours. I direct, you're on camera — or your product is. Everything for the month, shot in one go.
Twelve posts
Three a week on Instagram, cross-posted to Facebook. Six to eight reels from the filming day, plus carousels and graphics built from your offers, products, reviews and the questions customers keep asking.
Stories two or three times a week
, scheduled from the same footage.
Captions written like you'd say them
, with the words people search for.
Everything scheduled
You don't post a thing.
A thirty-minute review each month
What worked, what didn't, what's next.
Month one starts with an audit. Before I plan anything, I go through your profile, bio, highlights, grid and last thirty days properly — the same audit I sell on its own — so the plan starts from what's actually happening, not a template.
What it isn't
I don't answer your comments or DMs — that's your customers talking to you. I don't run ads. I don't post daily or react to things same-day. It's Instagram and Facebook; if you'd rather have TikTok than Facebook, say so.
How it works
Apply
A short form so I know what you sell and what you want Instagram to do.
A twenty-minute call
to make sure it's a fit both ways.
Sign and start
Contract in your portal, first month paid, a kickoff call, and your first filming day booked.
Then it just runs
Filming the same week every month, plan the week before, content the week after.
The details
$2,750 a month. Three-month minimum, then month to month with thirty days' notice. Lower Mainland (Vancouver to Chilliwack) and the Okanagan (West Kelowna to Penticton) at no extra cost; anywhere else, I'll quote the travel up front. I take two of these clients at a time — if the button's there, there's a spot.
